Advertiser disclosure

Numlight is free to use. To pay for it, we earn money in two ways:

• Advertising. Ads from third-party networks (such as Google AdSense) appear on some pages. Ads are labeled "Advertisement" or "Sponsored".
• Affiliate partnerships. Some links to lenders, banks, credit cards, insurers and other financial products are affiliate links. If you click one and apply, open an account or buy, we may receive a commission. This costs you nothing extra.

What money doesn't change

• Calculator results. Every calculator uses published formulas and official data (IRS, SSA, HUD, FHFA, BLS and others). No partner can pay to change a number.
• Our explanations and guides. Content is written to answer the question, following our editorial policy.
• Your privacy. Your calculator inputs and statement files are not sent to advertisers or partners.

What it can affect

Which offers appear in an "offers" box, and in what order, may be influenced by compensation as well as by how well the product fits the calculation you ran. Offers don't include every company or every product available. Rates and terms shown by partners are theirs — confirm them on the partner's site before you apply.
